Check at the destination
Copying a file is only one operation. A change needs a scope, a version and a read-back at its destination. Some differences are legitimate; others are omissions, failures or decisions still waiting for the owner.
Public form still to be prepared
The method is used internally, but this entry is not a downloadable release or a claim that every endpoint is synchronized. A public version needs transferable rules and checks without private paths, credentials or operating records.
